Welcome to Pure Padel. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at http://purepadel.pk (the "Site"), as well as court bookings, membership subscriptions, coaching, tournaments, and your physical presence at our facility located at St. 17, Sector KK, Phase 4, DHA, Lahore, Pakistan.

By accessing our Site, booking a court, purchasing a membership, or entering our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Conditions & Access

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a court booking independently. Minors (under 18) must have parental or guardian supervision when visiting the facility and using the courts.

Location Compliance: All visitors and players must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations set by Pure Padel and the local administration of DHA Lahore.

Right of Admission: Pure Padel reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or revoke access to any individual who violates club rules, exhibits disruptive behavior, or fails to comply with staff instructions.

2. Court Bookings, Payments & Pricing

Booking System: All court reservations must be made via our website http://purepadel.pk, authorized booking apps, or directly at the club reception.

Pricing & Currency: All court rates, rental fees, and membership packages are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment Requirement: Full or deposit payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your court slot.

Slot Duration: Court bookings are granted strictly for the reserved time frame (e.g., 60 or 90 minutes). Players must clear the court promptly when their booked time ends so the next group can start on time.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Player Cancellations:

More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or court credit issued toward a future booking.

Less than 24 hours notice: Non-refundable, and no court credits will be provided.

Weather & Force Majeure Policy: In the event of severe adverse weather (e.g., heavy rain or thunderstorms making courts unsafe), power outages, or unforeseen technical issues, Pure Padel reserves the right to suspend play. Affected players will receive court credits or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Club Cancellations: If Pure Padel cancels a reservation due to internal events, maintenance, or emergency reasons, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4. On-Court Safety & Club Rules

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, players and guests must strictly follow these rules:

Footwear: Only non-marking sports/padel/tennis shoes are permitted on the courts. Street shoes, running shoes with aggressive tread, boots, and heels are strictly prohibited.

Racket Safety: Players must wear the safety wrist lanyard attached to the padel racket at all times during play.

Equipment: Players are responsible for rental rackets and equipment provided by Pure Padel. Damage caused by improper use or deliberate abuse (e.g., smashing rackets against walls or nets) will incur a damage fine.

Attire: Proper athletic sportswear is required at all times.

Food & Drinks: Food, glass bottles, chewing gum, and sugary drinks are strictly forbidden inside the glass court enclosures. Only water and sports drinks in plastic or reusable metal bottles are allowed court-side.

Smoking & Substances: Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden anywhere on Pure Padel premises.

5. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver

Assumption of Risk: Padel is a dynamic sport involving physical exertion, rapid movement, and risk of injury. By booking a court or stepping onto the facility, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in activities at Pure Padel.

Physical Fitness: Players are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy enough to participate. If you have underlying health conditions, please consult a physician before playing.

Limitation of Liability: Pure Padel, its owners, management, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injuries, medical emergencies, illness, or physical harm sustained on the premises, except in cases of proven gross negligence by the management.

6. Personal Belongings & Theft

Valuables: Pure Padel is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal items, equipment, vehicles, or valuables left anywhere on the premises, court benches, or parking area.

CCTV Surveillance: For security purposes, the facility is monitored by CCTV cameras. However, this does not guarantee protection against personal property loss.

7. Memberships & Coaching Programs

Memberships: Membership subscriptions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Perks and privileges apply solely to the named account holder.

Coaching & Private Lessons: Coaching sessions must be conducted exclusively by authorized Pure Padel coaches. External coaches are not permitted to conduct commercial training sessions on the courts without prior written approval from management.

8. Media & Photography Consent

By visiting or participating in events at Pure Padel, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes by Pure Padel. If you do not wish to be featured in promotional material, please inform our front desk staff prior to playing.

9. Account Security & Conduct

Account Responsibility: If you create an account on http://purepadel.pk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited Website Use: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to our booking systems, or post malicious content.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Pure Padel facilities shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Amendments to Terms

Pure Padel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on http://purepadel.pk with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our facilities or website after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
